At Fellows Speedshop Limited, we value our customers’ satisfaction and strive to provide high-quality products. 

Consumers Protection. Consumer statutory rights apply under the Sale of goods Act 1979.
Cancellations – all custom parts specially ordered will be paid for at date of cancellation or remain the property of Fellows speed shop.
Security of your personal information – All personal information is password protected  on a sage accounts system and no financial transaction information is held.
We are members of the FSB – Federation of Small Businesses.

All orders are subject to delivery charges and VAT.
All products remain the property of Fellows Speedshop until paid I need fullPayments can be paid by debit or credit card or by BACS transfer.
An admin fee may be charged for larger credit card payments.
We are always happy to hear if you have any concerns so we can rectify or replace part if faulty.

To ensure a smooth and efficient return process, Please adhere to the following guidelines:

Requirements for Returns

1. All returns must be made within 14 days from the date of purchase.
2. Only undamaged and unused items will be accepted for return.
3. Products must be returned in their original packaging.
4. No returns will be accepted for items that have been previously fitted to a vehicle.

Return Process

1. Customers are required to contact Fellows Speedshop Limited prior to returning any items. This allows us to guide you through the return process and ensure a timely resolution.
2. Please ensure that all necessary documentation, including proof of purchase, is provided when contacting us regarding a return request.
3. Upon approval from Fellows Speedshop Limited, customers can proceed with returning the item(s).

Refund or Exchange
Upon receiving the returned item(s) and confirming that they meet the above requirements, Fellows Speedshop Limited will initiate the refund or exchange process.

• If a refund is requested, the original payment method used for the purchase will be credited. Please allow 3-5 business days for the refund to process.
• If an exchange is requested, Fellows Speedshop Limited will provide details on the available options and coordinate the shipment of the replacement item(s).

Exceptions
Please note that certain products may be subject to specific return guidelines or restrictions. This may include, but is not limited to, electrical components, custom-made or personalised items, or items with missing or damaged packaging. Fellows Speedshop Limited reserves the right to determine eligibility for return on a case-by-case basis.
